Because every Nitro Static item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, or personal preference.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• There's a significant printing error not matching your order

To report an issue, email palermo.matteo.19@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review and respond within 5-7 business days
